2022-23 Annual Grant Cycle Now Open
BCTRA’s annual grants for Growth and Development and Professional Development are now open to all Group Members who have been in good standing for a minimum of 12 months.
All grant applications are due by December 1, 2022.
Growth and Development Grants are designated to ensure the ongoing success of therapeutic riding, para-equestrian activities, and equine-facilitated wellness programs and services across the province. Group Members can apply for a wide range of programs or projects depending on their most urgent needs. Full details and application forms can be found HERE.
Developing Professionals Grant helps train instructors, coaches, or practitioners wanting to engage in additional training to ensure the safety and effectiveness of their riders or clients. Eligible activities include provincial, national, or certification clinics, and workshops offered through CanTRA, PATH International, EFW Canada, Equine Canada, Horse Council of BC, or other equivalent avenues of professional development. If you are a Group Member who received funding in 2021-2022 please ensure you submit your Grant Report prior to applying for new funds.
