2019-20 Annual Grant Cycle Now Open

BCTRA’s annual grants for Growth and Development and Professional Development are now open to all Group Members who have been in good standing for a minimum of 12 months.

All grant applications are due by January 31, 2020.

Growth and Development Grants are designated to ensure the on-going success of therapeutic riding, para-equestrian activities and equine facilitated wellness programs and services across the province. Group Members can apply for a wide range of programs or projects depending on their most urgent needs. Full details and application forms can be found HERE.

Developing Professionals Grant helps train instructors, coaches or practitioners wanting to engage in additional training ensures the safety and effectiveness of their riders or clients. Eligible activities include provincial, national or certification clinics, workshops offered through CanTRA, PATH International, EFW Canada, Equine Canada, Horse Council of BC or other equivalent avenues of professional development.
