BCTRA 2021 AGM Announcement

BCTRA will be holding its virtual 2021 Annual General Meeting in several stages. To ensure all our members across the province can join in this year’s process we have set these dates for participation:

November 8 – AGM package and instructions sent to all our Group and Individual members through email

November 8 to November 22 – Online voting period for resolutions outlined in the AGM agenda.

November 22 – AGM online meeting at 7:30 pm to discuss the content of the AGM package.

November 22 – AGM voting closes at 9 pm.

November 24 – AGM results will be delivered to all members via email.
