- Independent Operations: I operate as an independent practitioner, organization, or entity and maintain sole legal and professional responsibility for my services, clients, and facilities.
- No Insurance or Regulation: I understand that BCTRA does not provide professional liability insurance coverage for my operations, nor does it act as a regulatory body for my practice.
- Indemnification: I agree to hold harmless and indemnify BCTRA, its directors, and its officers against any claims, losses, or legal actions resulting from my professional conduct, services, or operations.
