The Path to the Games

The last summer games was held in Maple Ridge BC. Although Equestrian in no longer in the BC Summer Games we are happy to been able to share and support our riders in previous events. Please see the video below for STORIES on the PATH TO THE GAMES.

BCTRA is proud to have helped send para-equestrian riders to the BC Summer Games for the last 10 years. As Participant Members of BCTRA, these riders – aged 13 to 30 – have the opportunity to make the games a part of their training goals and to compete with others across the province.

We work closely with the Horse Council of British Columbia to communicate to our members all the information they require to participate. We offer bursaries to help them develop their skills, provide presentations to answer frequently asked questions, and research resources so they can keep in the game.
