Our 2020-21 Annual Grant Cycle is now closed. Thank you to everyone who applied. Results will be announced in March 2021.

BCTRA is pleased to offer our Group Members two funding opportunities designed to enhance your programs and help develop skilled professionals in therapeutic riding, hippotherapy, para-equestrian or equine-facilitated wellness activities.

1. Growth and Development Grants

Growth and Development Grants are designated to ensure the on-going success of therapeutic riding, para-equestrian activities and equine facilitated wellness programs and services across the province. Group Members can apply for a wide range of programs or projects depending on their most urgent needs.

2. Developing Professionals Grant

The Developing Professionals grant for Group Members to help train instructors, coaches or practitioners wanting to engage in additional training ensure the safety and effectiveness of their riders or clients.

Deadlines for both grant opportunities is December 31, 2020.

You must be a member in good standing to apply. *All previous grants received must have the GRANT REPORT complete.
